Terms of Service

These terms explain the basic rules for using the Forge Discord bot and dashboard.

1. Accepting these terms

By using Forge, its public catalog, Discord features or control dashboard, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What Forge provides

Forge provides configurable Discord ticketing, support, order, moderation, catalog and dashboard tools. Forge is not a payment processor, marketplace, escrow service or guarantor of a seller or customer.

3. Discord account and server permissions

You must have permission to use the Discord server and must follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Server owners and administrators are responsible for their configuration, staff access, products, prices and messages.

4. Orders and payments

Any product, price, payment method or delivery promise is provided by the server operator or seller. Confirm the final details inside the server before paying. Never share passwords, recovery codes, card numbers or other sensitive credentials in a ticket.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Forge for fraud, harassment, impersonation, malware, illegal goods, credential collection, spam, abuse of Discord or attempts to bypass access controls. We may suspend access to a dashboard or bot instance that is misused.

6. Content and availability

Server operators retain responsibility for the content they enter. We may change, suspend or discontinue features for maintenance, security or product updates. No uninterrupted availability is guaranteed.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Forge is provided as available and we are not responsible for losses caused by Discord outages, user content, seller conduct, payment disputes, incorrect configuration or unauthorized access to a server.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms when the service changes. The date below identifies the current version. For questions, use the support channel of the Discord server where Forge is installed.
